Conceived as AmeriNET Mortgage in 1998, the company operates and funds loans as both a mortgage banker and a mortgage broker.

While Alethes is the Greek word for truth, Webster's Dictionary further defines it as "truth and possibility." Thus, the company was founded upon the central theme of "always chase the truth and the possibilities will be endless."
